Lexie prides herself on being able to create an environment of trust where her clients feel they can be open and receive honest and practical advice in return.

Lexie has had the benefit of building her career and knowledge in a general practice firm where she has been exposed to a vast range of legal issues. Lexie’s experience in a number of different areas of law means that her client’s benefit greatly from her ability to ‘see the bigger picture’ and be able to advise on potential sub-issues that may arise throughout their matter. This vast knowledge and experience also enables her to be able to foresee any potential problems so they can be addressed early with her client’s interests in mind.

Lexie’s proactive approach and determination has seen her become the Legal Practice Director of Rod Holloway & Co Solicitors and EBM Solicitors.

Ella Newby | Conveyancing Paralegal

Ella is our conveyancing paralegal who is passionate about helping clients navigate the conveyancing process which she knows can be daunting at times. In addition to her conveyancing knowledge, she has a significant amount of broader legal knowledge, having been a receptionist and legal secretary in the past. Ella is recognised for her friendly manner and always strives to provide her clients with excellent service.

She recently completed a Commissioner for Declarations training course. Her application is currently being assessed by the QLD Government.

Roosje has a strong knowledge of family law and other areas of the law, having prior experience at another general practice firm in Invercargill, New Zealand. Roosje is committed to understanding each clients’ particular needs and strives to achieve the best possible outcome for her clients. She provides compassionate support and strategic advice to her clients, and approaches every issue and interaction with a positive attitude.

Roosje is primarily based at our sister firm’s (EBM Solicitors) Geebung office, but works closely with the Rod Holloway & Co staff. She regularly attends the Rod Holloway & Co office when required for client appointments etc.
